Event Rentals

We would love to host your next event!  Our shop is able to accommdate groups up to 20 between our long tables, hightops and couches making us an ideal space for private small events.

Personal Bartender - Beer/Wine

Food and Mixed Drinks Welcome

Staff Member On-Site

Catering is available upon request!  For all of our events you are invited to bring in food from any vendor downstairs (see complete vendor list below) and any mixed drinks from Sinners & Saints Bar.  No outside food or drink without prior approval with the exception of kids themed birthday cakes. If you would like provide food for your guests we can help you arrange a catering package with any of the Ecclesia Vendors here:

Pricing & Rental Hours:

Monday: 8:00am - 7:00pm (Beer & Wine ONLY. Limited Food Options. Catering Available.) / Price: $125 for 1st hour + $50/additional hour

Tuesday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 10:00pm (Full Bar. Flexible Food Options. Catering Available) / Price: $125 for 1st hour + $50/additional hour

Friday - Saturday: 7:00pm - 10:00pm (Current Bar Close) (Full Bar. All Food Options. Catering Available.) / Price: $175 for 1st hour + $50/additional hour

Saturday Children's Birthday Hours: 9:00am - 10:30am / Price: See Additional Information

Sunday: No Rentals Available.

Book Specific Events

We would love to host your book event!  Private book clubs and study groups, book releases and signings, etc.  We are willing to work with you to make your book event a success!  Please contact Gina or Joe to discuss discounted and/or waived pricing for book related events.

COVID Requirements (updated 9/9/2020)

Events held at Sudden Fiction Books are under the minimum gathering restrictions for Colorado.  "Executive Order D 2020 138 requires all people in Colorado over ten (10) years old to wear a face-covering over their noses and mouths when entering or moving within any public indoor space." You are permited to remove your mask when seating to eat and drink.
